Regal operates in a facility that blends old world expertise with ultra modern standards. Retail, wholesale, food service, and many configurations of ground roast, flavored and freeze dried coffee are our purview. Our Roasting capability is currently in excess of 30 million pounds per annum.

Regal Commodities is a family owned private label roasting firm, strategically located in Northern New Jersey, and in close proximity to the Port of NY/NJ. The management at Regal has 100+ years of experience in sourcing, trading, hedging, importing, and roasting coffee. Regal supplies coffee to an elite group of quality conscious food service and retail consumers.

Joe inherits the proud legacy of a family with deep roots in the coffee industry. In addition to his leadership here, Joe has served the greater coffee community in roles as a past Chairman of the Green Coffee Assoc., and a past Chairman of the National Coffee Association.

Joe is a third-generation coffee expert, who is proud to have the Apuzzo name. He has brought an element of freshness to the company in the form of innovative ideas. Whether it is a new coffee filter, a different way to brew, or a focus on directing the company toward specialty/ exotic coffee – if the idea is new and different, he is interested.

Bill brings the expertise honed from more than 35+ years in coffee production at such notable firms as Chock Full O'Nuts, Sara Lee, and Mr. Coffee. Anyone who has met Bill appreciates his tenacity at moving product timely and safely.
